Business hub set to rise in Sta. Lucia City

-

It is poised to become the next business district on the eastern corridor of Metro Manila.

Within the sprawling complex of Sta. Lucia Land in Cainta, Rizal will soon rise the six-story Sta. Lucia Business Center, the company’s first foray in the office property segment.

“This marks our official entry into the office market as we seek to further diversify our portfolio and tap new growth areas. Our new Sta. Lucia Business Center, which has already begun construction, is located within Sta. Lucia City, a thriving community that we have built over the past several decades. Once our office building is finished, it will complete the offerings we have here at Sta. Lucia City — from residential, commercial to offices,” said Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. President Exequiel Robles.

The Sta. Lucia Business Center will offer more than 10,000 sqm. of leasable office space on the third to sixth floors while the first two floors will be dedicated for retail shops and dining outlets.

Each floor will have approximately 2,500 sqm. of leasable office space. It targets to cater BPOs which are seeking for alternative locations other than the main business districts of Metro Manila.

Notable here also is the fact that it will be connected to the ongoing LRT-2 extension project, along Marcos Highway, thus providing ease of commute for the future office workers and tenants of the Sta. Lucia Business Center, while other commuters in the area will similarly have that convenient access to Sta. Lucia’s commercial assets.

“We will soon have this complete, self-contained community that is dynamic and will continue providing the needs and wants of our loyal mall goers and residents. Soon, you can work, live, have fun, and relax within Sta. Lucia City. We envision the completion of the Sta. Lucia Business Center to jumpstart the development of Cainta as a business hub eventually,” Robles added.

Sta. Lucia City is a thriving community that is currently home to a large shopping complex offering a mix of homegrown and international brands and towering luxury residential condominiums. Sta. Lucia Land was the first developer to bet big in this part of Cainta, Rizal, where it started with just one building in 1991: the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall.

Seeing the positive reception not only from the residents of Rizal, but also from those living in neighboring cities such as Marikina and Pasig, the developer further expanded the mall. It is now comprised of three buildings that offer an array of retail and dining options within over 28,000 sqm. of area, plus the il Centro, Patio, and Brickroad, which meanwhile have over 12,300 sqm. of leasable area.

Since 1991, the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall has been providing mall-goers a respite after a tiring day or a long stressful week with its mix of homegrown shops, dining options, and international brands, as well as cinemas and a bowling alley where families and friends can bond.
