Organized by Worldbex Services International, the 19th World Bazaar Festival or WBF 2019 is happening on December 14 to 23, 2019, from 12 noon to 10 p.m. (Sunday to Thursday) and 10 a.m. to 12 midnight (Friday to Saturday) at the World Trade Center Manila.
