Low-density residential project rises in Aseana City

-

Aseana Residential HoldingsCorp. (ARHC), the residential arm of D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. (DMWAI), recently inaugurated its first residential development, the Pixel Residences located at the heart of DMWAI’s flagship mixed-use estate, Aseana City.

Attended by the company’s management team, consultants, and unit owners, the inaugural program signified the realization of the vision to provide livable spaces to a growing Manila Bay residential niche.

“Three years ago, we bought this unit with confidence that its developer will deliver, and they didn’t disappoint. Seeing our unit now, we got more than what was promised,” said Richard Manuel, Pixel Residences’ first unit owner.

In 2016, Pixel Residences was launched to the market to cater to early nesters — growing families who wanted to take part in the growth of Aseana City. The 15-story low-density residential development had all its 170 units sold out in less than a year. Fast forward to three years, ARHC celebrated the building’s topping off in a ceremony held in May 2019, staying committed to complete the development by the end of the year.

Pixel Residences offers large living formats of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 36 sqm to 88 sqm. Designed by Spark Architects, in collaboration with CASAS +Architects, the development features a modern contemporary lobby, ground floor retail spaces, and prime amenities.
