MDM: SOCIAL IMPACT X SCALE

-

The Asian Institute of Management’s Master in Development Management (MDM) Program supports meaningful and sustainable progress of Asian businesses and societies by teaching public value-creation, environmental sustainability, and equitable distribution of opportunities and resources in Asia. The program produces graduates who will become: Effective development managers with a global perspective; analytical thinkers and decisionmakers; and articulate communicators in development discourse.

The program equips the social development professionals of the future to bring about significant, positive changes that address pressing social challenges, capable of growing and scaling these changes through management and leadership skills.

Applications to the MDM program are ongoing. Classes start on July 2020.

AIM once again blazed a trail with the launch of its newest degree program: The Executive Master in Disaster Risk and Crisis Management (EMDRCM). Identifying disaster management and sustainable development as emerging priorities in Asia, this 18-month part-time program is the first of its kind in the world to offer leadership and management skills to disaster and crisis management professionals.

“This program will equip disaster leaders with the managerial skills they need to promote the safety and welfare of all in society. With EMDRCM, we are strongly advocating for disaster resilience not only in the Philippines but throughout Asia,” said Dr. Jikyeong Kang, the Institute’s president and dean.

Applications for the 2nd cohort are ongoing. Classes commence on the 3rd week of April 2020.
