JM de Guzman undergoes surgery

JM de Guzman was hurt in an on-set accident.

Based on his recent Instagram post, his “Init Sa Magdamag” costar Yam Concepcion might’ve been responsible.

Not that he’s mad at her. “Thanks Yam! I’ll remember you always. You’re always in my head,” said he teasing the worried actress as he showed off a deep cut on his forehead.

“This is as real as it gets. Thanks Yam,” JM said in another video, while the actress apologized.

In another video, JM could be seen being attended upon by doctors.

“4 stitches sa gitna ng wound para hindi visible yung stitches so we can continue to rock and roll. THROWBACK during Lockin taping. #aksidente #initsamagdamag thanks ate @yamconcepcion for the cute art,” he wrote as caption.
