Landco honored for sustainable leisure efforts
LANDCO Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), has been recognized for its commitment to sustainable leisure development at the 2023 Global Economics Awards held recently in Bangkok.
Landco was named Best Leisure Real Estate (Resort Estate) Developer of the Year, while CEO Erickson Y. Manzano received the Outstanding Contribution Towards Sustainability in Real Estate Development award.
The company’s BeachTowns development, featuring masterplanned communities with sustainable features and unique resort amenities, was highlighted for its focus on modern Filipino families and responsible tourism.

Additionally, Millennial Resorts, Landco’s hospitality arm, achieved the first EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Certification for resort hospitality in the country.
