- By Abigail Adriatico

P-POP girl group BINI recently dazzled their fans in Singapore as they performed at the Music Matters Live 2024 main stage last May 9.

The members of the group poured their hearts out as they sang their hit songs “No Fear,” “Pantropiko,” “Salamin, Salamin,” “Karera,” and “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi,” which greatly delighted the packed audience that loudly sang along with them.

“SG never beating the ‘OA energy’ allegations! Music matters more than words can express! And tonight, we smiled through every note feeling the tropical energy! Thanks to everyone for the 2nd time of not-so-nonchalant love and support!” the group said in a post shared on its social media pages.

“Kudos to #MusicMattersLive for providing us and other artists a platform to connect in the music space!” the group said further in its post, sharing more photos of themselves along with their fans.

Apart from BINI other OPM acts that also grace Music Matters Live 2024 were alternative rock band One Click Straight, singer-songwriter Mix Fenix, indie folk/alternative songwriter Peej, and singer-rapper and producer Kyleaux.

As a part of Asia Pacific’s largest music and creator festival CreatorWeek, Music Matters Live celebrates various musicians from all around the world through performances stretching over four nights and seven venues. This year, the festival ran from May 8 until May 11 at Clarke Quay in Singapore.
