Enjoy a wide range of fresh sushi and sashimi such as Maguro (Tuna), Norwegian Salmon, Uni (Sea Urchin), Tamago Yaki (Egg Roll), Kappa Maki (Cucumber Roll) and California Maki, alongside exquisite dishes such as Tori Karaage (Deep?Fried Chicken), Vegetable and Ebi (Shrimp) Tempura, Japanese Curry, Yasai Itame (Stir-fried Vegetables) and a lot more. The action station offers tender U.S. Beef Sukiyaki mixed with vegetables boiled in rich, savory broth. Complement the whole meal with Chahan (Japanese Fried Rice), Miso Soup and Mugicha, a traditiona­l Japanese tea made of roasted barley and served either cold or hot.

He was born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan and has devoted 27 years of experience and talent to mastering the art of Japanese cuisine.
