Albay HS grand homecoming set

THE Marcial O. Ranola Memorial School ( MORMS), a public high school in Guinobatan, Albay will hold a grand reunion on March 30 under the auspices of the MORMS Alumni Association. Leading the homecoming are MORMS principal Gemma Saberon-Sapo, a 2012 Outstanding Principal of Albay Inc., MORMS Alumni Association headed by Roy Odsinada of class 1962, and Randy Borromeo of class 1976 as Overall Co-Chairman of the event.

Odsinada, who is head of the audit, tax and management consulting firm of Odsinada Dioscoro & Co., said that the theme of the homecoming is “Soar High MORMS Alumni.”

Borromeo, a professional electrical engineer from Ligao City, said that the daylong event, which is also the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the alumni association, will be ush- ered in by a motorcade to and from Guinobatan and the nearby towns of Ligao, Oas, Pio Duran, Jovellar and Camalig, where most of the alumni and students come from; a get-together/fellowship of each batch year; home visitations among classmates in the area by the visiting alumni from other places; luncheon by section/batch/year spread at the alumni building and in the campus grounds.

The affair will be climaxed by a Rigodon de Honour and Grand Ball in the evening at the school quadrangle.
