World champ McCormack to conduct triathlon clinic in Nasugbu
FOUR-time triathlon world champion Chris “Macca” McCormack will offer local triathletes an exclusive opportunity to learn practical, proven tips to successful triathlon training and racing in a two-session clinic on September 2 and 3, 2016 at the Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club, Hamilo Coast, in Nasugbu, Batangas.
McCormack brings to the Philippines his MaccaX coaching platform as one of the highlights of the Aboitiz Tri 2016 Olympic-distance triathlon on September 3, Saturday. He will hold the first clinic on September 2, Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and the second session on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. prior to the race which starts at 2 p.m.
“I always love coming to the Phil- ippines because the people here are crazy about triathlon,” said McCormack. “I want to share my tips and secrets to make sure whether you’re new to the sport or have been at it for a while, you’re racing your best,” he adds.
MaccaX coaching was set up to bring together triathletes of all skill levels—from newbies to professionals—from around the world seeking coaching from him and his team of experts, while building up a worldwide support system of triathletes.
“These are just a bit of what MaccaX is about and if we build a big enough team out of the Philippines I would love to come out and do a full-on camp,” says Macca.
