Eugene Demata joins Campaigns & Grey as chief creative

CAMPAIGNS & Grey welcomes Eugene Demata as its chief creative of creative output from the Manila and PR, CSR and Shopper Marketing.

Demata joins Grey from Tribal DDB, where he was the executive creative director since 2015 and led the digital agency’s creative work on PLDT, SMART, Johnson & Johnson, Mang Inasal, among others. Prior to joining Tribal, he spent several years at DM9 JaymeSyfu / Digit as its executive creative director and with just four years into its operations, he was instrument­al in DM9 JaymeSyfu being named the “Most Creative Agency in the Philippine­s” and in 2011, Eugene received The Hall of Fame award from The Creative Guild of the Philippine­s. He was also ranked #1 Executive Creative Director in the Philippine­s by the The Big Won 2014 creative ranking, and has been constantly included in the Top Creatives in Asia.

Eugene has won an impressive number of regional and internatio­nal awards including the Philippine­s’ for the Smart TXTBKS campaign, as well as awards such as the Grand Prix, Best of Show, Gold, Silver and Bronze from Clio, New York Festivals, London Internatio­nal Awards, Spikes and One Show.
