Newcoast Village
Registration Authority. The expansive 8.4-hectare private residential cluster provides homeowners total relaxation away from commercial noise and crowds at the white beach. It is accessible from the Boracay Island spine road and eventually through the Newcoast Drive.
Oceanway Residences
- Fairways and Bluewater Golf Course. A three-tower residential cluster with six-storeys each, this villainspired property is comprised of 225 units ranging from onebedroom resort-type suites, with close access to the township private beach and natural coves facing sunrise.
