Before this, Camp Evangelista had only one functioning ambulance which serviced injured - anao, particularly in Marawi City.

GM Balutan visits the troop of the 4th Infantry ( Diamond) Division in Camp Evangelista and reassures them that PCSO will continuously provide medical assistance Sweepstakes - together with Gen. Benjamin Madrigal, who stressed the need for additional ambulance units due to the increased number of of the ongoing conflict in the country’s Islamic city.
PCSO notes that troops are in dire need of transportation and other medical assistance to augment their existing two rescue helicopters being used to transport soldiers with fatal injuries and those who need to be immediately transferred to emergency hospitals for treatment.
