The new menu features Japan’s finest dishes and delicacies. Spice Café will bring to its guests the authentic taste of Japanese dishes and its traditional spices for their gastronomic cravings.

City Garden Grand Hotel’s Chef Dennis Tuazon is delighted to have prepared for the denizens of Metro Manila an all- new Japanese Ala Carte Menu served all- day at the Spice Cafe. The new menu is a fresh take on Japan’s most beloved dishes and delicacies. With Chef Tuazon and the hotel, they assure the foreign and domestic travellers of an authentic taste and top- level quality of the Japanese food.

Chef Tuazon came from various food establishments, both local and abroad. From his more than nine years of experience as a Chef, he had hone his skills in creating Asian fusion cuisine. In his years of service, Chef Tuazon’s field of expertise and focus are with Japanese dishes. Now, a Sous Chef at City Garden Grand Hotel specialized in Japanese cuisine.

Spice Café’s Japanese Ala Carte is available from Monday to Saturday, 11: 30 am to 10: 00pm and on Sundays from 11: 30NN to 4: 00pm.
