2018 calendar of national civil service written examinations

THE Civil Service Commission (CSC) has released the schedule for the conduct of the nationwide career service tests in 2018. The Commission also disclosed the schedule of other exams to be conducted in 2018 with application periods to be announced at a later date. Interested test applicants are advised to check the CSC website for the application period.

For the Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) the schedule of exam would be on March 18, 2018, Application period would be from November 16 to January 31, 2018. Acceptance of applications shall and shall be closed any time before the deadline if the CSC Regional/Field number of applicants.

For the Career Service Examination for Foreign Service Officer (CSE-FSO), it would be on August 12, 2018. Application would be on April 10, 2018 to June 22, 2018.

For the Career Service Examination for Foreign Service Officer (CSE-FSO), exam would be on January 28, 2018. Application started December 8, 2017.

Other schedule are Fire Officer Examination (FOE) on June 17, 2018; Penology Officer Examination (POE) on June 17, 2018; Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) on June 17 and October 14, 2018; Pre-Employment Test, Promotional Test, EthicsOriented Personality Test (EOPT), and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) on Oct. 14, 2018.

For all other examinations, the CSC shall issue separate exam announcements.
