Daiihi’s The Finance Centre Gets PEZA accreditation
THE Finance Centre, Daiichi Proper has recently been granted accreditation as a Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Information Technology (IT) center. The 42-story building is located in Bonifacio Global City and is one of three award-winning
PEZA is an agency of the Department of Trade and Industry that was created to promote investments in the country and provide assistance in facilitating the business operations of investors in the country’s PEZA Special Economic Zones.
The Finance Centre’s accreditation entitles PEZA-registered businesses located in the building to cer that include an income tax holiday for a certain number of years which translates to a 100 percent exemption from corporate income tax, duty and tax-free importation of equipment and parts, exemption from wharfage dues on shipments of equipment imports, exemption from expanded withholding tax, procedures, among other things.

To be completed in the second quarter of 2018, The Finance Centre was designed by Gensler, a worldrenowned architectural firm that also designed the headquarters of global companies such as Facebook, Airbnb, and Uniqlo, as well as the Incheon International Airport, the largest airport in South Korea.
