Essilor strengthens global support with new shared service office

STRENGTHENING its support shared services for a broader, better and more global reach, leading ophthalmic optics company Essilor recently celebrated the inauguration of Essilor Shared Services Philippines Inc. (ESSPI), a global Information Technology and Finance Shared Services organization supporting Essilor’sglobal locations on a 24/7 capability.

Located in Alabang, Muntinlupa from Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for both IT Development and Services. It provides robust shared services on IT applications, infrastructure, e-commerce, digital solutions and - ness all over the world.

ESSPI’s IT application shared services is equipped with global helpdesk that ensures continuous business via various channels;applications and development support team, project management and quality assurance team, and data management team.
