A Filipino is ‘ Innovator of the Year’ at Payoneer Entrepreneurship Awards

FILIPINO Carlo Silva recently bagged the Innovator of the Year award at the second annual Payoneer Entrepreneurship Awards, a platform that celebrates entrepreneurial success around the globe and recognizes international businesses that display strategic thinking, innovative spirit, and social responsibility.

Silva won the award for his work - sourcing partner in growing online businesses. His Philippine- based company offers a variety of solutions primarily focused on supporting eCommerce front and back office operations, startups, tech companies, as well as web development and design companies

Silva previously worked for a privately held company in the US as an eCommerce marketing director before eventually deciding to start a company that would offer outsourcing services to global clients.

His company, 2nd Office, currently provides services to some of the world’s biggest online markets— the US, UK and Australia.

“Payoneer has helped us grow our business by enabling us to easily accept payments in US dollars via credit card and ACH ( automated clearing house) transfers, giving our clients an easy solution to pay their bills,” Silva said.
