Enchong goes to the ‘Extreme’
WEDNESDAY night saw action-packed adventures of competitive swimmer-turned-actor Enchong Dee in the premiere episode of reality series “Extreme Ends.” Aired over cable channel KIX, Dee is one of four featured celebrities from Southeast Asian countries, gamely representing the Philippines.
shared the screen with actress and good friend Ria Atayde who shares his love for travel and challenging dares. The show, entirely shot in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, simultaneously aims to show audience the extreme opposite sides of the former British Colony. As such, the premiere saw Dee and Atayde conquering virtual games in the comfort ultra-modern game rooms to experiencing Hong Kong’s great outdoors high above the sky.
“I wasn’t expecting KIX to take me on such an exhilarating experience. Starring in this adventure reality show really gave me the chance to try new and exciting challenges, from playing my first virtual reality game to zip lining in Hong Kong! Every adventure was mind-blowing for me and even for Ria, who went deep into the water and a temple of martial al arts. We’d always ys end up comparing comg whose trip was better though, and naturally it was mine!”
Done ne with the season, Dee is tight-lipped lipped on what else is in store for adventure fans in Extreme Ends, but resoundingly requests fellow w Filipinos to tune in to this regional nal program, in line with the local entertainment industry’s efforts s to go global.
