FOURTH GRADE GOLFER CLAIMS DIVISION TITLE IN FLORIDA

GRANT MCCALL, a 10-yearold fourth grader at Richlands Elementary School, captured the 10U age division in the National Golf Tournament at the Orange County National Golf Club played over two days last weekend in Winter Garden, Fla. McCall has enjoyed a stellar season on the links, having also his division in the Fincastlebased Blue Ridge Junior Golf Tour last summer. He has also participated in the Virginia State Golf Association, Sneds Tour and the Hurricane Tour. McCall’s sister, Brittany Allen, is the all-time leading scorer in basketball history at Richlands High School.
