PolySto for food processing plants, laboratories

DISEASE-CAUSING microbes can contaminate food especially from old and small food processing plants that do not meet international standard for hygiene, resulting to serious foodborne disease outbreak.

However, Tim Pauwels, PolySto export manager, said that its hygienic wall protection products can fully address these concerns. He added that these can be installed in a short period, which can minimize work disruption even in existing facilities.

Introduced during a technical conference at MEFPS Center, in Quezon City, on Feb. 8, the event was attended by representatives from leading companies such as San Miguel Corp., Selecta, and other food processing companies.

“PolySto, a Belgian company, is the leading and preferred European producer of hygienic wall protection for the food and pharmaceutical industry,” Pauwels stressed.
