Duterte, family spend weekend in Hong Kong

FOR the second time in four months, President Rodrigo Duterte went to Hong Kong unannounced for “rest and recreation.”

“Yes, he is in [Hong Kong] with Honeylet. It’s the latter’s birthday today,” Malacañang spokesman Salvador Panelo said in a statement on Saturday, referring to the President’s partner, Honeylet Avanceña.

The President’s former top aide, Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, said Duterte’s daughter Kitty requested the trip “as a gift.”
