If China truly is a friend, she should be forthcomin­g in helping us interdict the shipment of drugs to us. The world knows that she can be very effective in doing that given her very strict policies on compliance with her anti-illegal drug laws.

So, why has Robredo not consulted with the Chinese till now? I have no idea, but the question arises: “Who is actually dictating her agenda?”

Impudent Kine

An obscure human rights activist by the name of Phelim Kine had the temerity, the gall, the cheek, the nerve, the effrontery, the impudence to tweet Robredo thus:

“Dear VP @lenirobred­o — my bags are packed and I’m ready to come to the #Philippine­s to help advise how to end this murderous ‘drug war.’ Meanwhile here is my Recommenda­tion No. 1: Arrest #Duterte and his henchmen for inciting & instigatin­g mass murder.”
