Klook rallies support for local businesses

IN effort to rally suppport for local businesses, travel activities and services booking platform Klook has launched its #FilipinoFi­rst campaign which its online marketplac­e features over 200 products and experience­s from homegrown brands.

The assortment of products range from food and beverages, eco-friendly goods, clothing and accessorie­s, as well as open-dated local travel passes and staycation deals for future getaway within the country.

“It has always been our mission in Klook to bring the best things to our customers anytime. Through our #FilipinoFi­rst campaign, we are able to showcase some of the best local products and experience­s Filipinos can find. We also wanted to offer our platform to SMEs to give them an additional booking channel for their products and to showcase their brands to even more people. It is important that we show our support for our fellow Filipinos in however way we can, especially during this difficult situation,” Klook Philippine­s Marketing Lead Michelle Cruz said.

Eco-friendly products include items from The Bamboo Company, ActivGreen and The Good Store; clothes and accessorie­s from Kaayo, Ibarra Watches, MCV Designs and Sandy Cheeks; snacks and beverages from Manila Cookie Story, Oh So Healthy, Frabelle Foods, Seakid, Fruitables, Crows Craft, Orich and Tea & Co.

Open- ended travel vouchers are available for The Farm at San Benito, Cintai Corito’s Garden, Las Casas de Acuzar, or Club Balai Isabel — valid for six months from booking date.

Deals and discounts like P250 off for a minimum spend of P1,500 and additional 10 percent discount for new users are available until Sept. 30.
