PHILIPPINE Racing Club Inc. (PRCI) said it compensate­d its highest paid executives salary of P17.979 million, bonuses of P16.913 million and “others” of P536,000 or a total of P35.428 million in 2018. It paid them P70.591 million in 2019 salary of P17.954 million, bonuses of P52.122 million and “others” of P515,000.

In its filing, PRCI said the four highly compensate­d executives are Santiago S. Cua, chairman of the board; Solomon S. Cua Jr., vice chairman; Allan V. Abesamis, executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO); and Santiago N. Cualoping 3rd, EVP and chief operating officer.

According to PRCI’s compensati­on filing, the company paid “all other officers” of P22.991 million in 2018, divided into salary of P18.092 million, bonuses of P4.21 million and “others” of P689,000. It also paid them P28.773 million in 2019, which it divided into salary of P20.719 million, bonuses of P7.402 million and “others” of P652,000.

PRCI said it paid its nine-man board salary of P4.7 million, bonuses of P6.019 million and “others” of P340,000 for a total of P11.059 million in 2018. It compensate­d them P16.972 million in 2019 divided into salary of P3.7 million, bonuses of P12.972 million and “others” of P300,000.37.

PRC peaked at a 30-day high of P8.96 on Mar. 13, 2020 when it opened at P7.90, dropped to 7.90 and closed at 8.96. It fell to a 30-day low of P7.05 on Mar. 27, 2020 when it opened and closed the session at 7.05.

*** Agrinurtur­e Inc. (ANI) holds office at 54 National Road, Dampol II-A, Pulilan, Bulacan. The company said in its compensati­on filing that its chief executive officer (CEO) and four most highly compensate­d officers were paid salary of P5.137 million in 2017, P4.203 million in 2018 and P6.314 million in 2019. ANI said it will pay them P6.145 million in 2020, the same year when the company said the “aggregate compensati­on paid to all other officers as a group unnamed” were as follows: P3.963 million in 2017, P4.121 million in 2017 and P5.431 million in 2019.

Antonio L. Tiu was CEO and president; Kenneth S. Tan, CFO; and Glene G. Suyo, head of financial services. ANI did not name

the CEO and five highest officers.

Agrinurtur­e peaked at a 30-day high of 9.73 on July 23, 2020 when it opened at P9, dropped to P7.40 and closed at P7.75. It fell to a 30-day low of P7.03 on July 27, 2020 when it opened at session high of P7.75 and closed at P7.18.

43,551 common shares. The bank has 4,497,415,555 outstandin­g common shares. An MBTC public ownership report as June 30, 2020 listed publicly traded GT Capital Holdings Inc. as direct holder of 1,670,611,010 common shares or 37.15 percent, which when computed equals 37.146 percent.

He reduced his ownership to 775,523 common shares or 0.12 percent after selling 6,970 AC common shares at P750 each on July 20, 2020, 13,350 AC common shares at P750 each on July 21, 2020 and 7,140 AC common shares at P770 each in July 22, 2020. His sales totaled 27,460 AC common shares or 0.004 percent, according to the company’s “statement of changes in beneficial ownership of securities.”

On July 20, 2020, AC opened at P745, climbed to P750, dropped to P730.50 and closed at P730.50. On July 21, 2020, it opened at P747.50, climbed to P769, dropped to P743.50 and closed at P765. On July 22, 2020, it opened at P761, hit a high of P770 and closed the session at P746.

AC peaked at a 30-day high of P770 on July 22, 2020 when it opened at P761 and closed the session at P746. It fell to a 30-day low of P694 on Aug. 3, 2020 when it opened at P707, climbed to P710 and closed at P700.
