STANDARD Chartered Bank (SCB) gave Covid hygiene kits to the teachers and security personnel of Maypajo Elementary and National High Schools last Thursday, 24 February 2021 in appreciation of their hard work and dedication to promote learning continuity amid the pandemic. SCB Head of Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing Mai Sangalang, together with employee volunteers, personally brought the hygiene kits to the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office in Caloocan City. The turnover program was aired live through the Deped Tayo Caloocan City Facebook page.

The hygiene kits were received by the school principals, Office of the Schools Division Superintendent and officers of the DepEd Central Office External Partnership Services Department. DepEd Undersecretary for Legislative Affairs, External Partnerships and Project Management Service Tonisito Umali attended the program via Google Meet and highlighted the importance of forging partnerships and collaboration.
