Reinforcements

True to his word, Reid welcomed two new acts to Careless at the trade launch, starting off with Jolianne, a17-year-old R&B-pop singer-songwriter from Cebu City. The young rising star may be familiar from the second season of “The Voice Kids Philippines” in 2015, as well as opening the concerts of Air Supply, Michael Learns to Rock and Stephen Bishop thereafter.

On March 26, Jolianne dropped her first single and music video under Careless entitled “Sublime.”

Next up joining Careless is A-Team, which is considered by many to be the premier dance crew in the Philippines following their big win at the 2014 World Hip-Hop Dance Championship in Las Vegas, USA. Crowned the Megacrew champions, they remain the first and only Filipino team to bring home the gold in the said division.

A-Team is headed by award-winning and highly recognized hip-hop dance coach duo, Angelica and MJ Arda, better known as The Ardas.

“We have nothing but gratitude to [Careless Music CEO] Jeffrey [Oh] and James for welcoming us into this amazing family. Moving forward, we are more than excited and hyped to embark on this new journey with Careless,” MJ said at the event.

are excited to elevate dance in its truest form not just in the community but also in the industry,” seconded Angelica.

Marking the team’s 10th anniversary by becoming Careless Music artists, A-Team believes they are now closer to their dream of creating original music and scoring for their performances.
