DPWH COMPLETES ARMY BUILDING IN CAPAS

THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the construction of the Army Leadership Development and Education Center phase 1 building in Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac. DPWH Secretary Mark Villar and Department of National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana led the inauguration of the building. Villar said the P117-million, three-story facility is now ready for use by the Training and Doctrine Command. The facility will house offices and a multipurpose hall. It is equipped with a generator set and water tank to ensure uninterrupted conduct of training and other activities in the center.
