RESIDENTS of Taguig City can now make their appointments for free swab tests online through the Trace website, Mayor Lino Cayetano said on Monday.

Appointments for Covid-19 vaccinations can also be booked through the Taguig Registry for Access and Citizen Engagement (Trace).

The city offers free testing in 31 health centers, two drive-through testing sites in Lakeshore and Bonifacio Global City, Park N’ Test in Vista Mall Parking Building, Taguig Mega Swabbing Facility in CP Tinga Elementary School and mobile testing trucks. Cayetano earlier said the city is continuously improving its pandemic response efforts.

“We always make it a point to find ways to improve our services. Taguig is very keen on adapting to the new technology and making use of this in our programs.

In Taguig, we make sure that our services can be accessed by all Taguigeños from different walks of life,” he said.

“The local government is optimistic about winning the fight against Covid-19. The city believes that free Covid-19 testing that is fast, safe and accessible is a vital component in the acceleration of the city’s transition to the new normal,” he added.
