How working-mom Bea Fabregas flexes her uniqueness
BEA Fabregas is one inspirational woman to other modern Filipinas as she flexes how she successfully juggles and ace her different roles as event host, radio DJ, wife and mom.
“I gave birth September 2021 — the peak of Delta surge and it was a crazy time to be a first-time mom and so I feel that’s why like I just naturally like sharing him because my world revolves around him, I’m so proud of him. My life has a new meaning that’s why I think it’s a natural thing for me to be able to share and flex this new journey of motherhood,” Fabregas said in a media event.
“First time moms can relate that the first few months of it, you literally have no idea what you’re dealing. But as time goes by, I think you also are impressed with yourself so it’s really important to empower yourself and just flex everything we’re balancing. So I’m really proud to be a mom even if I’ve been only doing that for 13 months,” she added.
Fabregas further explained that flexing is not about being arrogant. Instead, it’s being passionate about what a person does.
“There’s no arrogance to it. Like ‘Hey look, I put time, effort and love into this’ whether it’s your work, whether it’s your family, even just posting and flexing about your friends. I think it’s just goes through every aspect of life, being passionate about life in general. It’s really about being authentic and true,” Fabregas continued.
Asked when she feels most confident to flex something, she shared, “I feel most confident when I really put time and effort into something. If you put your heart into it. And so I would say when I’m at the gym and I work on myself, when I’m quite literally flexing because I’m proud I’m working on myself to be healthy for my family.”
