Aside from the housing project in Barangay Aringit, Pastrana, Leyte, this housing project in Barangay Sagkahan, Carigara, Leyte was also abandoned by its contractors. The units, which are supposed to be given to survivors of Super Typhoon ‘Yolanda’ that hit the province in 2013, are still not ready for occupancy in 2022.
