SmarTrade celebrates 5 yrs of helping Filipinos gain financial independence

-

SINCE its foundation in 2017, SmarTrade has been steadfast in providing world-class financial education to Filipinos willing to learn about online trading as an investment opportunity and a way to create another income stream.

In the past five years, SmarTrade has trained thousands of Filipinos by offering free learning sessions and one-on-one coaching as well as holding roadshows in cities across the country, including Cebu, Davao and La Union. Even with the pandemic, SmarTrade found a way to continue servicing its clients by rolling out online learning sessions when everything was under lockdown.

To date, SmarTrade’s learning sessions have reached 36,332 participants from 566 locations nationwide. The company has conducted 1,069 in-person learning sessions and 547 webinars.

“We would like to see Filipinos have the financial freedom they deserve,” said Joyce Mayo, president and chief executive officer of SmarTrade. “Our advocacy is to promote financial literacy and, thereby, contribute to nation building and set many lives for more growth by having an additional income stream through online trading.” Mayo added: “Our role is to educate and equip Filipinos with the skills they need to make smarter trading decisions because we believe that education is the key when it comes to trading. We also partnered with ATFX, an award-winning global broker to make sure that what we teach can be carried out in the most efficient and reliable platform for our clients.” Continuing to guide SmarTraders on their trading journey were coaches with years of experience in the trading industry.
