Disney taps Morissette for new single on launch day
DISNEY fans are in for multiple treats today as the much awaited streaming site Disney+ finally becomes available in the Philippines. Amid a jampacked day of parties and activities, the entertainment platform is set to drop the original song “Imagine More” to mark the milestone, tapping no less that Filipina vocal powerhouse Morissette.
The soaring number not only marks the streaming service’s availability in the country but also pays tribute to Disney’s heritage of unparalleled storytelling and creativity.
To be unveiled via a musical short film, Disney+ and Morissete invites viewers to push the boundaries of their imagination, as scenes from iconic stories such as “Encanto,” “Lightyear,” “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” “Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted” and “BTS: Permission to Dance Onstage-LA” come to life.. Morissette’s powerful vocals ground the song, breezing through the high notes and will definitely strike an emotional chord with every listener.
