Saudi PM soon to visit Manila
PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said that Mohammed bin Salman, crown prince and prime minister of Saudi Arabia, has accepted his invitation to visit the Philippines.
The two leaders held bilateral discussions on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Bangkok, Thailand over the weekend.
“Sinabi ko sa kanya na kailangan niyang makabisita (I told him he has to visit). And he surprised us all, he said yes,” the Chief Executive said in a media interview before flying back to the country Saturday night.
No date has been set for the crown prince’s state visit.
