The Manila Hotel is all lit up for Christmas

-

THE Manila Hotel has officially signaled the beginning of its holiday celebration with the lighting of its Christmas Tree. Decked with dazzling lights, flower printed ornaments, red woven birds, and glittering tinsels, the Christmas Tree is befitting to be the focal point of the Grand Lobby.

Joining Manila Hotel President Joey Lina in lighting the tree are special guests, Department of Tourism (DOT) Undersecretary Ferdinand “Kokoy” Jumapao, Manila Mayor Maria Sheilah “Honey” Lacuna Pangan, and Vice Mayor John Marvin “Yul Servo” Nieto. The Office of the President Chorale then serenaded the crowd with Christmas carols.

As an annual tradition of the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility-Program, kids from House of Refuge, were invited in the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. House of Refuge is a DSWD-recognized level 3-accredited organization providing residence, programs, and services for abandoned, neglected, and orphaned children.

This year’s yuletide décor was curated by Manila Hotel Creative Design Consultant Rachy Cuna, who paid homage to the artistry

of the Filipino people. This is something the hotel has always championed as the True Heart of the Philippines. Likewise, the hotel launched its Christmas Hamper filled with merchandise and delightful gourmet items — making a more thoughtful and indulgent gift that would appeal to everyone. he Manila Hotel Christmas Hamper 2022 includes the most extensive collection such as our Willy the Bear plush stuffed toy, The Manila Hotel Regular Prestige Card, The Manila Hotel Notebook, The Manila Hotel USB Flash drive (4GB), The Manila Hotel Tumbler, The Manila Hotel Drip Coffee, The Manila Hotel Cookies, and Tablea 125g.
