Megaworld subsidiary launches upscale project
MEGAWORLD subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) has launched its latest luxury residential village in Trece Martires, Cavite.
The 41.8-hectare, Zen-Balinese fusion-inspired Prana Garden Villas will be established inside the 340-hectare integrated lifestyle community Sherwood Hills and will offer a total of 178 lots. The sizes of the lots will range from 240 to 513 square meters.
The turnover of lots will start in 2026, and the company is expecting to generate around P1.3 billion in sales from the first phase of the project.
The company said the new residential development will feature a variety of amenities, including a sprawling Grand Clubhouse with several types of swimming pools, cabanas, amenities for exercising, a sunken outdoor seating area, a courtyard, and covered walkways. It will also have a visitor’s lounge and collaboration space, daycare and other function areas.
Other amenities include a basketball court, pet park and a children’s playground.
GERI added that 40 percent of the entire village will be allocated for green and open spaces, including verdant thematic parks, which will be good for the environment and residents’ health and wellness. Surrounding the village are different schools, hospitals, institutional establishments, leisure resorts and a soon-to-rise commercial area.
“We are very excited to showcase the elegance of living amid nature at Prana Garden Villas, which has been mindfully planned to blossom together with its surrounding landscape. Moreover, the village will also provide easy and convenient access to the Sherwood Hills Golf and Country Club as well,” Megaworld Global-Estate Inc. and First Vice President for Sales and Marketing Rachelle Peñaflorida said.
She added that the firm intends to create a sanctuary of wellness that will allow future residents to nurture unique, holistic lifestyles while living harmoniously with nature as well.
Prana Garden Villas is just five minutes away from Governor’s Drive and is about less than two hours away from the central business districts of Makati and Fort Bonifacio, and about an hour away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
