A girl and her parents are mesmerized by the faux snow at the first snow village launched in Silang, Cavite on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022. Silang Mayor Kevin Anarna and Vice Mayor Ted Carranza led the opening ceremony at the New Municipal Hall grounds in Barangay Biga 1 in conjunction with the opening of the Christmas lighting ceremony and mascot parade.
