IN HONOR OF BONIFACIO
An Andres Bonifacio monument is unveiled at Bonifacio Global City on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022, commemorating the hero’s birth anniversary. The Bonifacio March monument shows Bonifacio riding a horse while holding the Kataastaasan, Kagalanggalangang Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan (KKK) flag. Joining the festivities were (from left) Paul Quiaño, sculptor of the monument; Maria Isabel Garcia, managing director of the Bonifacio Arts Foundation, Inc. (BAFI); Mayor Maria Laarni ‘Lani’ Cayetano of Taguig City; Kevin Tan, chief strategy officer, Megaworld; Noli D. Hernandez, executive vice president for Sales and Marketing, Megaworld; and artist Reizel Vibal.
