Employees of the local government of Palo, Leyte are shown installing Christmas lanterns on electric posts within the town proper in preparation for the ‘Pasko sa Palo’ (3Ps) to kick off on Dec. 14, 2022. The 3Ps is organized by Mayor Remedios ‘Matin’ Petilla.
