Glittery Aliw Awards 2022 on December 25

ALIW Awards 2022 at the Manila Hotel Fiesta Pavilion on Dec. 25, 2022 will see finalists and nominees dressed to the nines at this prestigious and muchawaited event.

Hosting the show is Miss World 1st Runner-Up Evangeline Pascual, who is also an actress and radio host. She takes on the task for the very first time.

Performers at the Awards Night include 2020 Entertainer of the Year Gerald Santos, Kea Chan, Jade Riccio, Nina Campos, Carla Guevara Laforteza, Kathy Hipolito Mas, Carla Guevara Laforteza, Shiela Valderama Martinez, Jon Joven Uy and Occidental Mindoro Panda ng Gigabyte from Lubang Island.

The musical accompaniment will be provided by the Marcy David Band.

Since Aliw Awards Foundation awards live entertainers, the foundation has striven to have entertainment numbers at its awards night performed live.

Directing the live presentation is Jose Maria Hilario, while the TV coverage is under Joey Nombres, Aliw trustee.

Guests are requested to come early, as the show will start promptly at 7 p.m. Registration starts at 4 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6 p.m.

Aliw Awards Foundation is headed by Founding President Alice Reyes, with the following officers and trustees: Aristeo Garcia, 1st vice president; Brian Lu, 2nd vice president; Tess Tan, secretary; Francia Conrado, treasurer; Rema Manzano, ex-officio trustee; and trustees Ofelia Cajigal, Aisha Reyes, Birdie Reyes 3rd and Jory Reyes.

Aliw 2022 is presented by Aliw Awards Foundation Inc. in cooperation with Lueur Lauren International Corporation, and is supported by Greenfields Development Corp., Pagcor, San Miguel Corp., the Quezon City government under Mayor Josefina “Joy” Belmonte, and individuals and agencies concerned with the plight of the displaced live entertainers due to the pandemic who are the event’s beneficiaries.
