ROXACO LAND TO LAUNCH TAGAYTAY, NASUGBU PROJECTS

- ED PAOLO SALTING

ROXAS and Co. Inc.’s (RCI) subsidiary, Roxaco Land Corp. (Roxaco Land), will launch new development projects via an aggressive expansion program involving its real estate and hospitality units.

Land development projects will be launched in the Tagaytay to Nasugbu corridor, the firm said, given strong demand and accelerating property prices.

“Our subsidiary, Roxaco Land, has resumed land development and construction of sold units in its low-cost and mid-market open lot and housing projects in Nasugbu. These were stalled during the pandemic but are back on track,” the firm said.

It added that Roxaco Land was banking on the town of Nasugbu, Batangas being identified by large infrastructure groups as a prime destination and access point into Western Batangas from Metro Manila, which will attract various locators and home buyers.

Meanwhile, in Tagaytay, RCI said that plans were being finalized to launch the Anya Villa Project, a low density offering targeting the higher-end segment of the market.

“The success of the RLC-owned Anya Resort Tagaytay gave rise to a strong brand for boutique residential resort developments that can be replicated throughout the country’s many prime tourist destinations,” RCI stated.

Roxaco Land is leveraging on the recovery of local travel and tourism, boosting occupancy levels in its entire budget hotels located in Metro Manila.

“Guests are returning and pushing bookings to near prepandemic levels. Roxaco Land is implementing phased renovations of its hotels as well as targeted marketing programs to strengthen its customer proposition,” RCI said.
