-

PHILIPPINE national junior record holder Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh proved to be a force to reckon with by topping the women’s 200 butterfly event in the 32nd Cambodia Southeast Asian Games-National Swimming Qualifying being held at the New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac.

Mojdeh, a semifinalist in the World Juniors Swimming Championships in Peru, registered two minutes and 20.76 second to claim her second gold medal.

The Brent International School pride Mojdeh met the Qualifying Time-B to strengthen her bid of making it to the national team for the Cambodia SEA Games set in May.

“I worked hard for this and I’m happy with my performance today. But I’m not satisfied yet and I need to work even harder to achieve my goals,” said Mojdeh, the ace tanker of Behrouz Elite Swimming Team-Philippines.
