The Yuletide spirit lived freely in the Sarus Grand Ballroom where six crane-like ice sculptures greeted guests as they were ushered to a banquet set-up styled with giant vase centerpieces taking inspiration from snow, frost, and ice. Various live-kitchen stations served distinctive food creations, such as Angus Beef, savory pastas, fresh salads, and rich soups. The Marquis signature dessert art station captured the sweet cravings of guests as they excitedly watched exquisite-looking and equally decadent desserts prepared and plated before them. Guests and chefs exchanged pleasantries at the stations and created an experience that goes beyond the mouthwatering creations.
