Ann Murphy cares for Frontrow Philippines the same as she does for her family—with love, patience and fearlessness

It was obvious from the get-go that Ann Murphy was an unabashed fashion lover. During her shoot for this feature, the president of Frontrow Philippines brought with her racks filled with Dior frocks and suits, Fendi boots in an array of envy-inducing leathers and other eyecatching pieces from bold-faced fashion names like Versace and Zimmerman. With her lithe figure, she was an easy fit for the designer outfits; her high cheekbones and easy grace made her a natural model. As one of the leaders of Frontrow Philippines, the largest network marketing company in the Philippines, one would think that all of her focus and time is spent building the Frontrow empire but for her, family always comes first. “First and foremost I am a mother. My day will always start with taking care of my husband and my kids then do some errands for the house,” says Ann. “I do my regular workout and then proceed to taking work calls and meetings with my Frontrow family.”

She admits that building a business has always been a dream of hers and it came into beautiful fruition when her husband, Sam Verzosa Jr. and his business partner, RS Francisco, started a passion project that aimed to take the network marketing industry in the Philippines to a whole new level. It didn’t take long for Ann to join the business—she had the drive and the desire to build and to care. Her role in the company sees her handling new distributors, making sure that they are motivated and trained on sales. She ensures that the message of Frontrow is clearl to ever person who wants to listen.

Under leadership of Ann, her husband and their business partner, Frontrow has blossomed. Their exponential growth has built 100 offices nationwide and they are currently expanding globally with offices in the UAE, Singapore, Canada, Kuwait and Australia. As the matriarch of her family and Frontrow Philippines, Ann continues to care for all of them all with love, passion and a belief that this success is only the beginning.
