CHEERS to LOVE
It's not a proper celebration without love. Cartier releases the film Love Is All to honor the power of love
Nothing says "celebration" quite like the wild riffs, upbeat tempo, and warm lyrics of Roger Glover's song Love Is All. Gregarious and gorgeous, the 1974 hit is the perfect anthem for Cartier's most creation, a festive film of the same name, which pays homage to the French luxury house's unparalleled heritage of fashioning the world's most exciting celebrations. Commemorating the spirit of delight and generosity, Cartier's Love Is All is a universal ode to love that encourages us to get our dancing shoes ready and paint the town red because we're also invited to the party.
Directed by British director and fashion photographer Charlotte Wales, Love Is Alf simply represents the vision of a Maison that celebrates universal and timeless love. Given that the holiday season is also upon us, it was only fitting that love is the film's celebratory theme.
CELEBRATING ONE ANOTHER
The latter part of the song that was heard in the film goes, "We're so happy, and we're celebrating. Let your feelings show." It's undeniable that these lyrics come about as notable personalities such as Ella Balinska, Troye Sivan, Lay Collins, Jackson Wang, and Maisie Williams can be seen joyfully building on each other's passionate energy all throughout the entire film. This directly mirrors what is important to Cartier, which is the belief that each person's singularity is enriched by others.
According to Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Arnaud Carrez, "It's a part of the Cartier philosophy to believe that we are stronger and more authentic together, and that's why we have gathered this inspiring community of artists who embrace life with a sense of celebration." Together, they exuberantly celebrate each other's wins and achievements as they dance around to the song and simply show what love is all about. ■
