Icope by using this time to reconnect with my loved ones, especially with my father who is currently undergoing therapy. I also help out when I can as I understand that I am in a lucky postion during these trying times.

If there’s anything I learned from this, it’s the lesson of kindess and solidarity. We have seen how individuals stepped up to help our frontliners who are indeed heroes of these times. I hope and pray that the kindness continues to shine when this pandemic ends.—MB
