Idon’t think I have actually had the time to think about how the our new reality has affected me because I have had to put our business and its needs first. It has been incredibly challenging as a young leader to go through one of the biggest crises of our generation. At Sunnies, it was clear to us that we needed to put our people first. I’m comforted that this has brought us all so much closer to one another and has us working harder than ever.

From a societal perspective, I think this will change us. It feels like a correction, a new world order. The lessons are endless and some still unrealized. I’m finding it hard to distill all of it into one sentence, but this whole experience really puts things into perspective what is important in life.—GW
