EL GAUCHO Argentinian Steakhouse has brought its winning dining experience to the Philippines, giving steak lovers in Manila a taste of its juicy, perfectly grilled steak in a down-to-earth environment, peppered with playful details. The recently opened location in Makati City is the first in the country, and the 13th in South East Asia.
The term gaucho refers to a native cowboy of the South American pampas, where cattle raising is a primary way of life. They use the best available meat products sourced from selected farms in Victoria, New South Wales, and individual farmers and ranchers in the United States.
