24th French Film Festival and Friendship-themed Filipino Films in Cinematheque Centre
DAVAO CITY - In partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines and Embassy of France to the Philippines and Micronesia, the 24th French Film Festival goes to Davao City bringing quality and award-winning French films to Davaoeños. Fresh from its successful run in Abreeza Ayala Mall Davao last June 28 to 30 with 11 French films shown during the three-day free film showing, the hype lives on as Cinematheque Centre Davao, Davao City's one and only art-house cinema, will extend the festival's run with eight (8) new and critically-acclaimed French films on July 17 to 20, 2019, with 3 PM and 5:30 PM screenings respectively. These films are Kiss and Cry (2017), La Belle Et La Meute (2017), Otez-Moi D'un Doute (2017), Les Heritiers (2014), Corniche Kennedy (2017), Elle S'en Va (2013), Paris La Blanche (2017), and Baden Baden (2016). Admission for these films is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. Below is the official screening schedule of the said films and is subject to change without prior notice:
