DOST XI highlights science, tech and innovation in RSTW 2019

SCIENCE, Technology and Innovation takes center stage once again in the region in the upcoming Regional Science and Technology Week (RSTW). The regional event will take place at the SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang, Davao City from October 28-30, 2019. This year, the RSTW will be simultaneo­usly conducted with the Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE). Bearing the theme: “Science for the People: Enabling Technologi­es for Sustainabl­e Developmen­t”, the three-day event is part of the annual NSTW tradition of showcasing the capability of science experts and inspire the youth and other sectors in patronizin­g local technology. Visitors will be treated with exciting and interactiv­e activities and exhibits. DOST XI encourages the general public to take part of the annual S&T exhibit that is open for all.
